CalorAI is your intelligent companion for tracking and optimizing your nutrition. Upon registration, the app calculates your daily calorie and macronutrient requirements using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. This method considers your age, weight, height, gender, and activity level to deliver personalized nutrition recommendations tailored to your goals.


Smart Food Logging: Multiple Input Methods

Logging your food intake has never been easier! Choose from four flexible input methods:

Snap a Photo – Instantly capture an image of your meal using your camera.
Upload an Image – Select a photo from your device for analysis.
Manual Entry – Type in the food name or nutritional details.
Custom Recipes – Save and track your favorite homemade meals.

When adding non-raw foods, CalorAI automatically breaks them down into ingredients. You can edit these ingredients, and the app will update the calorie and macronutrient calculations accordingly. If the estimated values match your meal, simply confirm the entry, specify the portion size, and log it into your intake.


Calories Log: Real-Time Progress Tracking

The Calories Log compares your daily calorie and macronutrient intake against your recommended targets. Use navigation buttons to view past data and track trends over time. Each day's log provides detailed insights into your meals, helping you stay accountable and make informed dietary decisions.


Interactive Calendar: Visualize Your Progress

A color-coded calendar gives you a quick snapshot of your nutrition habits over time:

🔴 Red – Overconsumption: You've exceeded your recommended intake.
🟢 Green – Balanced: You're within a healthy calorie range.
🟡 Yellow – Underconsumption: You've eaten significantly less than needed.

At the top of the calendar, you'll find your Healthy Score (rated from 1 to 10), which averages your daily performance, considering not just calories but also fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.

You can toggle between calorie performance and macronutrient breakdowns using the settings at the top of the calendar.


My Charts: In-Depth Nutrition & Weight Insights

Gain a comprehensive view of your nutrition trends and weight changes through interactive charts. Customize the displayed data to show weekly or monthly trends via the control dropdown. These insights empower you to fine-tune your diet and maintain long-term health and wellness.


Preferences & Goals: Personalized Adjustments

The My Preferences section allows you to log weight changes and update your goals or activity level. Based on your updates, CalorAI automatically recalculates your daily calorie and macronutrient needs, applying the new recommendations from the following day.
